FALCOM Wireless Communication Gmbh becomes a subsidiary of ERCO & GENER

This acquisition allows ERCO & GENER to reinforce its position as a major actor in Europe for the supply of M2M communication solutions dedicated to industrial and professional applications for metering, automation, security and AVL and tracking application.

Created in 1990 and as a German leader for industrial M2M solutions, FALCOM Wireless Communication Gmbh becomes a subsidiary of ERCO & GENER. Their offices are based in Langewiesen in Germany.

The synergies created between both companies will allow to propose a wider range of M2M products with high added-value in order to answer to the legitimate demand for robust, reliable and long-life products. The teams of both sites already work under close collaboration in order to build the products roadmap for the year 2012.
